How do I know how much delivery will cost?
When you have selected your equipment and you are asked for personal details, please enter the postcode for delivery/collection, the following page will calculate your total cost. The cost is based on personal delivery and collection from our Birmingham base.
When will my equipment arrive?
We will contact you with a personal email to confirm the delivery and collection times for the dates you have selected.
Can I collect equipment from you?
Yes our collection point is Longfellows Restaurant, B91 2TJ. Please enter this postcode on our website to erase the delivery/collection cost. You will need to arrange this collection with us beforehand.
Do I get my deposit back?
Yes, once the equipment is collected and checked the deposit will be returned to the card you have paid with.
Can I collect my equipment at Birmingham Airport?
Yes we will meet you or those collecting you at the airport on your arrival and meet you before your departure. Please enter the postcode B26 3QJ on our website.
